Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced Medicare recertification survey conducted on April 20, 2021, at the parent location The Weston Group, Inc. at Sullivan Trail Easton, PA 18040 and April 21, 2021, at the satellite location Northampton Village/The Weston Group at 1001 Washington Ave Northampton, PA 18067 was found to be in compliance with the following requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484.22, Subpart B, Conditions of Participation: Emergency Preparedness.
